Caring Heart Ministry seeks to “Bear one another’s burdens” (Galatians 6:2:) by providing one to one Christ centered care for those experiencing life difficulties.
A Caring Heart Caregiver is a Grace Community Church member, trained by a Caring Heart Ministry Leader to offer fully confidential spiritual and emotional support to people who are hurting.
A Caring Heart Caregiver has one Care Receiver at a time; meeting once a week for one hour.
The relationship with the Care Receiver lasts as long as the need persists.
